How a session flows.

Warm

Settle into the infrared sauna for 15–20 minutes. Breathe slow, let the heat sink into muscle and quiet the mind.

Plunge

Step into the ice bath for 1–3 minutes. Stay calm, breathe through it, let the cold sharpen your focus.

Repeat

Loop the heat and cold two or three times, finishing on cold, then rest until your body settles.

How hot is the infrared sauna?

Our infrared sauna runs gentler than a traditional sauna — around 45–60°C — warming the body directly so you can stay in longer and more comfortably.

How cold is the ice bath?

The plunge sits between 8–12°C. You control how long you stay in, and our team will guide first-timers through it.

How many rounds should I do?

Two to three loops of heat then cold is ideal for most people. Always finish on the cold and rest afterwards.

Is contrast therapy safe for me?

It's safe for most healthy adults. If you're pregnant or have a heart condition or blood-pressure issues, please read our Health & Safety Waiver and check with your doctor first.
