How a session flows.
Arrive
Roll out a mat in a light-filled studio — props and a quiet space to land are all provided.
Flow
Move with the breath, from dynamic morning vinyasa to slow, deep evening yin.
Rest
Close in stillness, then carry the calm into the onsen or the rest of your day.
What practice gives back.
Strength & mobility
Build functional strength and open tight hips, shoulders and spine.
A quieter mind
Breath-led movement lowers stress and brings you back to the present.
Better recovery
Gentle mobility complements harder training and the onsen ritual.
Balance & posture
Undo the effects of desk days and travel with grounded, deliberate practice.
