We hold your time exclusively, so we ask the same courtesy in return. This is a template — adjust the windows and fees to suit your business.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking, by WhatsApp or phone.

  • More than 12 hours' notice — no charge
  • Less than 12 hours' notice — 50% of the booking value
  • No-show — 100% of the booking value

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we'll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened so the next guest isn't delayed.

Memberships

Member sessions missed without notice may count against any included priority bookings for that period.

Exceptions

We understand life happens. For genuine emergencies, please reach out — we'll always try to be fair.
