These terms govern your use of Piranhas Onsen facilities and services. This is a template — please have it reviewed by a legal professional before publishing.

Bookings

Bookings and enquiries are made via WhatsApp, email or in person. A booking is confirmed once we reply to confirm your time.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and may be paused or cancelled in line with the terms communicated at sign-up. Member benefits are non-transferable unless stated.

Facility use

Guests must follow staff guidance and posted rules at all times for everyone's safety and comfort. We may refuse or end a visit where conduct affects other guests or staff.

Liability

Use of heat, cold and exercise facilities carries inherent risk. Please read our Health & Safety Waiver and use facilities responsibly.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
